What is NYUOLE?

NYUOLE is a hands-on learning platform that connects physical electronics and engineering activities with software-based measurement, guided learning and practical troubleshooting.

Who is NYUOLE designed for?

The platform is being developed for secondary students from Years 8–12, as well as schools, libraries, home education and other practical learning environments.

Do students need previous electronics experience?

No. The pathway begins with the fundamentals of electricity and progresses through analogue electronics, digital systems, microcontrollers, robotics, automation and engineering design.

Does NYUOLE use real hardware?

Yes. Students build, connect, measure and diagnose real circuits and systems rather than learning only through simulation.

What measurement tools are included?

The NYUOLE software is designed to provide integrated tools such as voltage, current and resistance measurement, frequency measurement, oscilloscope functions, logic analysis and data capture.

Can schools request a pilot?

Yes. Schools can contact NYUOLE to discuss a demonstration or pilot program and how the platform may fit their technology learning program.

Is NYUOLE aligned to curriculum?

NYUOLE is being developed with Australian and NSW technology and STEM learning outcomes in mind. Detailed curriculum mapping will continue to develop alongside the platform.
